Q: How to order?
A: See what you had like to purchase by checking through our albums, and send us the product code to shoe.house@ymail.com or fill in the Order Form here: http://the-shoe-house.blogspot.com/
Q: Do you have a retail shop?
A: We are fully online based, we do not have a physical shop at the moment.
Q: Can I request for COD?
A: Nope, we send out your items using courier services.
Q: Are all your products on hand?
A: No, all these are selling on pre-order basis.
Q: How long does it takes to receive Pre-order items?
A: It takes approximately 10 working days to reach your doorstep.
Q: What are the payment methods available?
A: ATM cash deposit, Interbank Giro, 3rd party transfer. All payment made into MBB or CIMB bank account.
Q: Can i cancel my purchase after the transaction is done?
A: No cancellation of transaction after its completed.
Q: What if the items that i ordered are running out of stock?
A: There are 2 options for this situation:
i) Request for full refund, refund can only be done to MBB.
ii) Change to another model, lower/higher price. (customer top up the balance for higher price, or we will refund the balance if exchanged to lower price model.)
